Food Services

The Antelope Valley Union High School District is proud to sponsor the USDA’s National School Lunch Program. Food Services provides a broad-range of healthy menu items geared to today’s high school student.

We offer meals from multiple outlets on campus to meet the time and social needs of all students. Food Services is always working on new recipes and meal options to meet your student’s nutritional needs and appeal to their taste buds! Food Services practices “offer vs serve” allowing students to build meals following the guidelines associated with USDA’s Healthy and Hunger Free Kids Act.

Students have many options available to them including fresh salads, rice bowls, Frito Pepperbellies, sandwiches, burritos, as well as our featured meal of the day following the five-week cycle menu. All of our meals reflect nutrition and value with student satisfaction as our number one priority!
